Agricultural History

Away from the sea, the village is surrounded by good farmland and those who lived and worked on this land have played a considerable part in village life so we felt it important that agriculture was part of our archive.

There have been many changes over the years, many which are general to farming everywhere, but none the less the impact on our community and its way of life was notable.
